The End User of our Website and Portal are hereby informed that they can avail Return and Refund Policy benefit subject to the absolute condition where Product and Service is found visibly defective on arrival / wrong delivered and product or service is not used and of which the right of all assessment is reserved with our Website and Portal and the User agreed to the assessment of the Website and Portal in respect of any return allowed and / or refund allowed. 

 

Return may be allowed subject to exchange with any other product or service of same price (except for any product or service availed in any promotion or sale) and Refund is allowed only in exceptional cases. Once your return parcel is received via reverse pick-up (on or before 7 days of initial delivery of product or service) and inspected by our quality control team for any tampering and discrepancy and found fit, per return policy description herein and eligible to return, an email will be sent to you to confirm the receipt of the returned item and the exchange product requested by Customer/ USER will be sent out and Website and Portal may give alternate mode to existing USER who can also opt for a “store credit” to utilize for future or any other purchase. We feel that Loyal Users may be rewarded ever and Website and Portal always deliver best so that USER enjoy and utilise their purchase. Sealed Packets Opened, used item and repacked may be disqualified for any refund. 

 

There is no warranty on colour, shrinkage so once product is used we will not accept any request or claim for any return or refund. Also all customised service request are undertaken on order and solicitation and not otherwise so any service rendered is not refundable in any manner.

 

Also for any purchase during any Sale ( Discounted Sales) the Return or Refund Policy shall not be applicable.

 

The End User must accept and subscribe to this policy on ordering any product or service and once the End User order any product or service it is concluded that the End User has gone through this Policy and Other essential policies and also agreed to all disclaimers contained and described.
